Because we prepare and draft various types of commercial leases, we are uniquely qualified to handle disputes which end up in litigation between landlords and tenants. We represent both landlords and tenants in connection with the drafting of leases and in connection with such landlord/tenant litigation. Although we are fully capable and prepared to litigate these disputes in court, we also pride ourselves in coming up with reasonable and cost-effective out-of-court solutions to such landlord/tenant disputes, if and when appropriate.
