We can and have successfully handled land development and zoning matters in many of the surrounding municipalities.  We have represented both land developers and resident groups in connection with such zoning matters. We have successfully obtained land development approvals for office parks, townhouse developments, residential subdivisions and industrial parks. Mark Clemm has served as a member of the Planning Commission and a member of the Zoning Board in Whitpain Township which has given him various insights into how such boards think.  Although we have handled zoning and land development cases up to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, we pride ourselves in finding out-of-court solutions to land development and zoning issues in order to save the landowner/developer both time and money.
